Vendor Information

The Wray Chamber of Commerce is here to help make your Vendor Booth process convenient and easy. Below you will find information about requirements to be a Vendor at one of our great events. This is not to be taken as a definitive list. Specific requirements are determined on an event by event basis. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for each event.

Promotional Vendor

Promotional Vendors are considered any entity promoting a business, services or products where no immediate point of sale is offered to our event attendee’s. Simply fill out the advertised event sign up form (i.e. Fun Night Registration, etc.), pay for your booth and you will be added to our event.

Game Vendor

Game Vendors are considered any entity offering an activity either paid or unpaid to our event. Simply fill out the advertised event sign up form (i.e. Fun Night Registration, etc.), pay for your booth and you will be added to our event.

Retail Vendor

Retail Vendors are considered any entity offering products or services with payment collected for goods or services at our event. Simply fill out the advertised event sign up form (i.e. Fun Night Registration, etc.), pay for your vendor space and you will be added to our event. As a Retail Vendor you may be subject to tax’s and fee’s associated with but not limited to City Tax, State Tax, and County Tax. Included below are some basic forms and links to help you comply with State and Local Tax laws however this is NOT a definitive list to ensure your compliance.

Food Vendor

Food Vendors are considered any entity (Non Profit, Community, School or otherwise) offering food in any form. Simply fill out the advertised event sign up form (i.e. Fun Night Registration, etc.), pay for your vendor space and you will be added to our event. As a Food Vendor you may be subject to tax’s and fee’s associated with but not limited to City Tax, State Tax, and County Tax.  You are also required to adhere to any Northeast Colorado Health Department(NCHD) Food Safety Licensing. 

To ensure proper licensing with all entities involved, please follow the steps below.

For Profit Entities

  1. Apply for a license with the NCHD by completing the “Food Licensing Application” below.
  2. Submit your application and event fee directly to the NCHD at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure license approval.
  3. Register with the City of Wray by completing the “City of Wray Booth Registration & City Tax” below and returning to the City of Wray one week prior to the event.
  4. Comply with the State Tax Laws.

Non Profit Entities

  1. Complete the “Non Profit Food Licensing Application” below and return to Wray Chamber of Commerce one week before the event.
  2. Register with the City of Wray by completing the “City of Wray Booth Registration & City Tax” below and returning to the City of Wray one week before the event.
  3. Comply with the State Tax Laws.
