Booth Types

What type of booth will you provide?

  • Promotional Vendor

    Promotional Vendors are considered any entity promoting a business, service, or product where no immediate point of sale is offered to event attendee’s. Simply register and pay below and you will be added to our event.

  • Game Vendor

    Game Vendors are considered any entity offering an activity either paid or unpaid to our event. Simply register and pay for your booth and you will be added to our event.

  • Retail Vendor

    Retail Vendors are considered any entity offering products or services with payment collected for goods or services at our event. Simply register and pay below and you will be added to our event.


    As a Retail Vendor, you may be subject to taxes and fees associated with but not limited to City Tax and State Tax. 


    ALL retail vendors, please make sure to complete and return the "Temporary Sales Booth -Registration Form" from the City of Wray. 

  • Food Vendor

    *NEW in 2024* We are now looking for food vendors who would like to move down 4th street.  If that's you, see the map below. 


    Food Vendors are considered any entity (Non Profit, Community, School, Commercial Food Establishments, or otherwise) offering food in any form. 


    If you are only offering a single item, (i.e. pie, root beer floats, etc.) and would like to be on the north side of Main Street  with other game booths, then register here first. Then go to our Food Vendor Page for instructions on registering with NECHD.

Additional Info

  • Online registration only.  Payment accepted offline.
  • You may purchase more than one booth. You must provide a secondary contact for each booth space; however, it can be the same person if the booths are adjacent.
  • Retail Vendors: Please make sure to complete the “Temporary Sales Booth -Registration Form” from the City of Wray and submit directly to the City of Wray.


Instructions for Registration

  1. View the map of Main Street below, or click here for a large Fun Night Map.
  2. Select your desired booth number to the left of the map, click "Reserve."
  3. Provide a secondary contact for your booth.  This should be someone other than yourself.
  4. Choose your type of booth: game / promotional / retail / food (only if you are offering a single item).
  5. Repeat steps for multiple booths.
  6. Fill in your individual or organization’s contact information at the bottom of the page.
  7. Choose a payment option: fill in credit card info or choose to mail/drop off your payment
  8. Click “Check out!”
  9. Print a copy of the Rules & Regulations that are emailed to you.  Sign and return during check-in at Fun Night.
